libautotrace3 software package provides bitmap to vector graphics converter, shared library files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libautotrace3
libautotrace3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libautotrace3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libautotrace3 *
You will get with libautotrace3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
